Donald MacKay

Donald started XA International Trade Advisors in 2003 (known in those days as Xikhovha Advisory, a stroke of branding confusion that was truly astonishing). XA is a boutique international trade consulting practice, with a strong focus on trade policy issues, such as Customs duty changes and anti-dumping issues. They also do a lot of direct Customs consulting, which usually takes the form of dispute resolution when clients get into a pickle with Customs. XA has a superb team of people and finds itself dealing with many of the most interesting and complex cases happening in South Africa.
